The sixth entry for Science Adventure

ANONYMOUS;CODE is a pay-to-play visual novel game developed by MAGES Inc. It’s the sixth installment of the Science Adventure series, which consists of other entries that span several different mediums. This single-player game seeks to provide answers to the unresolved questions from the other parts of the multi-entry series.

In ANONYMOUS;CODE, the player will meet the protagonists Pollon Takaoka and Cross Yumikawa who are so-called professional hackers, currently trying to make ends meet in a futuristic Tokyo — or, rather the parts of the city untouched by the “Sad Morning” disaster that transpired on February 6, 2036.

Hacking the moment

ANONYMOUS;CODE is based on the concept of infinitely expanding vertical “world layers” and is themed around hacking. It follows the story of a young hacker named Pollon, who acquires the special ability to save and load a moment in person — much like the features found in video games. He gains this ability when he encounters a mysterious girl named Momo.

Meeting Momo sets off a chain of events that thrust him into a world riddled with danger and mystery, and he gains the mysterious ability while he’s escaping the assailants who are in pursuit of Momo. The game presents an interesting premise and will take you on an exciting adventure as Pollon hacks the myriad branches of reality, pausing, saving, and loading until he stumbles upon the pivotal event that could reshape the world.

The visual novel style of this adventure necessitates cooperation between the player and Pollon plus the strategic use of the Save and Load function. Using the Hacking Trigger, an interactive scenario-branching system, the player makes real-time decisions that directly shape the course of the story. However, note that this game has rather steep system requirements that need to be met in order to ensure smooth gameplay.

An immersive and world-altering experience

ANONYMOUS;CODE offers a thrilling gaming experience as you follow Pollon on his world-altering adventure and resolve the unanswered questions of the Science Adventure series. The heart of the game lies in its Hacking Trigger system, which enables real-time decisions affecting the storyline. However, keep in mind that it has specific system requirements. Meeting these requirements can help you better enjoy playing the game and gain a more immersive experience.

Our team performs checks each time a new file is uploaded and periodically reviews files to confirm or update their status. This comprehensive process allows us to set a status for any downloadable file as follows:

Clean

It’s extremely likely that this software program is clean.

What does this mean?

We have scanned the file and URLs associated with this software program in more than 50 of the world's leading antivirus services; no possible threat has been detected.

Warning

This software program is potentially malicious or may contain unwanted bundled software.

Why is the software program still available?

Based on our scan system, we have determined that these flags are possibly false positives.

What is a false positive?

It means a benign program is wrongfully flagged as malicious due to an overly broad detection signature or algorithm used in an antivirus program.

We’d like to highlight that from time to time, we may miss a potentially malicious software program. To continue promising you a malware-free catalog of programs and apps, our team has integrated a Report Software feature in every catalog page that loops your feedback back to us.
